Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact.

Write to weltaindia@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. We will arrange a pickup where serviceable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.

Size exchanges are free where stock is available, subject to one exchange per order.

Customised pieces, altered garments and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
